Negative Self Talk and Inner Critic

No one is perfect, everyone has slipups while learning. But when mistakes feel like failures and the word “no” sounds like “never” … that’s a sign that our inner critic has taken the wheel. In this two-part series, we discuss the origins of the inner critic and strategies to counteract the critic so that we feel empowered to take healthy risks to reach our potential.

Great presentation, loved your energy !

We watched the seminar together and found it useful. I (a professor/scientist) have struggled with this my entire career as have many of my students. It’s a very important topic to address. Thank you.

I thought it was really helpful to identify what I am especially as a student who wants to grow.

I loved your personality!
